Orders and shipping
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email us as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it for you.
Where can I track my order?
You can check the current status of your parcel via the ‘Track My Order’ tab. Simply enter your order number and email address, or just your tracking number, to see the latest updates on your delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been placed, we’ll begin processing it within 1–3 business days. After that, your parcel will be on its way!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can still update your shipping address. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.
